Ally is a group of open-minded people from all backgrounds who strive for the equal treatment of all minority groups, specifically focusing on the issues of LGBT individuals. ALLY sells the ‘Gay? Fine By Me.’ shirts on campus.  Contact Nicole Snowden.

SHADES is dedicated to fostering connections between the multicultural Same-Gender Loving, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender community at Ohio University. We welcome people of color who are at various stages of understanding the coming out process, questioning or accepting their sexuality and/or understanding the LGBTA community. SuBAMUH
The Susan B. Anthony Memorial Unrest Home Women's Land Trust is 151-acre women’s intentional living and educational community in rural Athens County. The trust is a non-profit corporation governed by a board of nine women, most of who do not live on the land.
