Employee home address changes can now be submitted online via the HR Self Service (HRSS) system. This new feature eliminates the need for submitting the paper "Personal Data Change" form.
All employees (including student employees) can use this system
Human Resources will notify Medical Mutual and other benefit providers of address changes if applicable
Please note that ALL employees are still responsible for:
Updating the W-4 Income Tax form with the Payroll Office
In addition to home address changes, employees can continue to submit changes in office location, home phone number, office or emergency phone numbers and other personal data which is used for the online and printed campus directory.
