Ohio University's EAP and Work/Life program is offered through Impact Behavioral Healthcare Services. The EAP is available to all Ohio University employees and their family members. Participation is on a voluntary basis.

Confidentiality Participation in the Impact EAP and Work/Life Program is voluntary; the relationship between the employee and couselor is completely confidential. No information will be released without prior written consent.
Outpatient Mental Health/Substance Abuse Network This program works in coordination with Ohio University’s EAP. Employees covered under any of the medical plans are eligible.
