Ohio University Human Resources was selected to receive the CUPA-HR National Systems and Computer Technology Award. The award was presented during a special awards ceremony at the CUPA-HR National Conference and Expo in Toronto on September 29, 2002.
Ohio University received the award based on its Compensation Project. The College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) evaluated the project using the following criteria.
The technological innovation:
is unique, effective, or both;
is in practice at the institution and must have been
received in a positive manner; and
represents a leading-edge practice in the HR profession
